Reflexology
Finding balance
One step at a time
Your feet and lower legs do a lot for you. They may feel tired or heavy at the end of the day, or you may notice that they sometimes feel puffy.
You might simply be longing for an hour when you can put your feet up and let someone else take care of them.
Reflexology uses focused pressure across the feet and can be a deeply relaxing treatment.
I also love to include a lower leg massage, drawing on gentle lymphatic drainage techniques to encourage fluid movement.
That extra attention to your legs is part of what makes this treatment beneficial to your lower leg and foot health.

You can stay fully dressed. Just remove your shoes and socks and settle onto the couch, keeping your feet and lower legs accessible. I’ll make sure you’re comfortable before we begin.
I like to include a gentle foot exfoliation and a warm, moisturising magnesium foot wrap, as part of the reflexology treatment. Magnesium is often promoted for restless legs and sleep, and although the evidence for its benefits is limited, the wrap adds a comforting touch to your treatment while leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated.
Reflexology feels different from a foot massage, as I use my thumbs and fingers to work across your feet. Some movements are light and sweeping, while others apply more focused pressure. You can tell me at any point if something feels too firm or too ticklish.
To help improve circulation, I massage your lower legs. Depending on what we’ve discussed, this may include gentle lymphatic drainage techniques, particularly if your legs often feel heavy or puffy. Or gentle massage to relieve tired lower legs.
When the treatment is finished, there’s no need to jump straight up. Take a moment before putting your shoes back on, and we can talk about how the treatment felt.
60 or 90 minutes of treatment
But allow 75 or 105 minutes for your visit
The extra time is for a chat beforehand and getting ready afterwards, so none of it comes out of your treatment.
