Luxury Holistic Manicure
Touch the world.
Embrace the care.
A holistic manicure cares for more than the appearance of your nails.
We begin with a conversation about your hands and how you’re feeling, so I can adapt the treatment to you.
Nail and skin care sit alongside massage and relaxation,
with your comfort given as much attention as the finished result.
Our hands are how we touch the world. They work, create, hold, and care, often without much attention in return. A warm cleanse, gentle exfoliation, and moisturising mask care for your skin, while your nails are shaped and finished with a natural Japanese manicure sheen.
Then there is time to simply receive. Gentle lymphatic work, where suitable, hand reflexology, and a slow hand-and-arm massage offer an unhurried pause. With your hands supported and nothing you need to do, you can settle into the warmth and touch.
Every Treatment Begins
with You

What To Expect
First, we’ll sit down for a short conversation about your hands and nails, any health concerns or skin sensitivities, and how you’d like your nails shaped. I’ll explain the treatment and adapt it to suit you.
You’ll settle into a comfortable seat with your hands and arms supported. There’s no need to undress, although sleeves that can be comfortably rolled above your elbows are helpful.
I’ll begin with a brief warm hand soak, followed by gentle exfoliation of your hands and lower arms. The scrub is then removed with warm towels.
Next, I’ll apply a moisturising hydrating mask to your hands, leaving the nails clear so I can work on them. The mask stays on while your nails are trimmed, filed to your chosen shape, and your cuticles gently tidied.
A Japanese manicure gives nails a natural, polished sheen using specialist paste, powder, and buffers. There’s no nail polish, and I’ll adapt or leave out buffing where nails are thin or sensitive.
Once your nail care is complete, I’ll remove the mask with warm towels before continuing with light, rhythmic lymphatic drainage movement around your hands and arms. This may involve areas further up the arm before working on your hands. I’ll explain this and check you’re comfortable before beginning.
I’ll then work on one hand at a time with hand reflexology, using focused pressure adjusted to your comfort.
The treatment finishes with an unhurried lower-arm and hand massage. Using a suitable balm or oil, I’ll work across your forearms, wrists, palms and fingers, finishing with slow, gentle strokes and a moment of stillness.
Please feel free to ask me to adjust the pressure, warmth, or any part of the treatment at any point. Afterwards, we’ll take a moment to look at your nails and talk about caring for your hands at home.
