I’m Helen, a holistic therapist.

That means I look beyond your treatment and pay attention to you: how you’re feeling, any concerns you have, and how I can adapt your treatment to give you the care you need.

Every woman who comes to Mai Solas has her own story and her own reasons for visiting.

I listen carefully, draw on my holistic skills, and tailor your treatment to your needs. Whether you come for a massage, a facial, or an hour of quiet, you’ll have my full attention.
